Metal Stamping

Detailed Description

Hot pressing is a simple and common processing method in the plastic processing industry. It mainly uses a heated processing mold, injects a sample, and fixes the model on a heating plate with pressure to control the melting temperature and time of the sample, so as to achieve hardening and cooling after melting, and then takes out the finished model.

Hot pressing can sometimes be divided into vacuum forming and compression molding, with different pressure methods.

It mainly uses a heated processing mold, injects a sample, and fixes the model on a heating plate with pressure. The melting temperature and time of the sample are controlled to achieve hardening and cooling after melting, and then the model is taken out as a finished product.

Hot pressing can sometimes be divided into vacuum forming and compression molding, with different pressure methods. Compression molding mostly involves placing plastic in a mold that has been heated and softened, and then applying pressure to form it. The source of pressure applied in vacuum forming can be single-sided vacuuming, or high pressure supplemented on the other side in addition to vacuuming on one side. Compared with other processing methods, hot pressing has the advantages of cheap molds and uniform thickness of finished products. Its products have evolved from early military map models and aircraft hoods to now being able to be used to make refrigerator door linings, car mudguards, car chassis, soft drinking cups, signs, packaging materials, and other products with uniform thickness.
