One Introduction

The YZ and DYZ series hydraulic stations are widely used in machine tools, engineering, transportation, metallurgy, plastics

Textile and other machinery are used in conjunction, that is, the integration of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

YZ and DYZ series hydraulic station structures are divided into vertical, horizontal, side mounted, and bottom mounted types

(referring to the motor oil pump). Its control circuit is divided into integrated, stacked, plug-in, etc.

III Working principle of hydraulic system

Start motor 4, the pressure oil returns to the oil tank through valve 9, and the right end of valve 9 is energized. The pressure oil flows through

Valve 10 to hydraulic cylinder 11 have no rod chamber, and the piston rises rapidly. Adjust pressure valve 6 to 2.0 MPa (turn on the pressure gauge switch, as shown in Table 7). Power off the right end of valve 9, and the pressure oil returns to the oil tank (i.e. system unloading). When it descends, the left end of valve 9 is energized, and the pressure oil reaches the rod chamber to push the piston into the working inlet. The speed is controlled by valve 10. After the piston is in place,

The left end of valve 9 loses power, the system unloads, and enters the next cycle.

Operation and Maintenance

1. Unscrew the air filter on the fuel tank and inject clean YH-46 or YH-32 hydraulic oil. The solid contamination level of the oil shall not exceed 19/16, and 160 liters shall be injected.

2. Check the rotation direction of the motor by inching it to match the indicator, and then run it for three minutes without air to exhaust the system air. Gradually adjust the pressure of the overflow valve to 2.0 MPa.

3. The pressure of the overflow valve shall not exceed 2.5 MPa, otherwise the motor will stop.

After the pressure is adjusted, the pressure gauge switch should be turned off to avoid damaging the pressure gauge.

When the system is working for a long time, the oil suction filter should be cleaned every half month. When the filter element is found to be broken, it should be replaced immediately. Hydraulic oil should be replaced and cleaned every six months, and the oil tank panel should be unscrewed to clean the inside of the tank. When cleaning, it is not allowed to use degreased fabrics.

When the system is not working for a long time, please cover it with a dust-proof plastic cover to prevent contamination.
