1) Parameter setting status: Press two buttons with both hands simultaneously, and the pressure head will slowly slide. Release any button, and the pressure head will be saved in its current position. Continue to press, and the pressure head will continue to slide. When both buttons are released simultaneously, the pressure slowly slides your head back to its original position.

2) In operation, as a trigger signal for device startup, to ensure safety and meet different production requirements, the startup methods are divided into the following three types:

• A: Activate the trigger with both hands. To ensure the personal safety of operators, the electronic press is set to a dual hand trigger start mode in a working environment with grating protection. Press the start button with both hands simultaneously within 1 second, and the electronic press will automatically start and complete one working cycle;

• B: Start with both hands continuously. To ensure the personal safety of operators, the electronic press is set to dual hand continuous start mode in a working environment without grating protection. Press the start button with both hands simultaneously within 1 second. Until a work cycle is completed, if any button is released during the pressing process, the electronic pressure will stop at the current position and sound an alarm;

• C: Single cycle press fit method; Use A and B startup methods. Each time the device is started, it completes a work cycle. This method is suitable for the pressing and connection of parts;

• D: Repetitive cycle testing mode; To use this mode, the B startup mode function must be turned off. In this mode, press the left button and the device will start reciprocating, completing the same pressing process. Right click to complete the cyclic pressing operation. This mode is suitable for product fatigue testing;

3) In pressure calibration mode, press the left button to move the pressure head downwards, and press the right button to move upwards.
