Standard model (12-16MPa, Shibang MH1325/2)

Splicing gap: ≤ 0.05mm (local micro seam, sanding allowance of 0.1-0.2mm).

Flatness of the board surface: ≤ 0.05mm/m, without raised edges or height differences.

Pressure uniformity: Double sided synchronous pressurization, pressure difference ≤ ± 0.2MPa, preventing local overpressure/undervoltage.

High end CNC model (16MPa+automatic pressure compensation)

Splicing gap: ≤ 0.02-0.03mm, close to "seamless", with minimal sanding allowance.

Flatness of board surface: ≤ 0.03mm/m, suitable for mass production of high-end furniture/wooden doors.

Accuracy guarantee: PLC numerical control+servo pressure compensation, the worktable is precision milled on five sides, and the flatness is ≤ 0.02mm/m.
