1、 Weekly maintenance of frame Hydraulic Press

Clean the surface of the machine body, guide rails, workbench, and oil cylinder with oil stains and dust

Check for oil leakage in all pipelines and joints

Check if the safety door, light barrier, and emergency stop button are functioning properly

Check for any abnormal noise or shaking during the operation of the slider

Tighten the main exposed bolts (mold pressure plate, oil cylinder flange, motor seat)

Check the lubrication system to ensure normal automatic/manual lubrication of the guide rail

2、 Monthly maintenance of Frame Hydraulic Press

Clean or replace the return oil filter element

Check the hydraulic oil level and color, and add oil if necessary

Check and adjust the clearance between the slider guide rails

Check the electrical cabinet: dust removal, check whether the terminals and contactors are heating up

Check the position and sensitivity of travel switches and limit switches

Check if the pressure gauge and pressure sensor are accurate

3、 Frame hydraulic press maintenance every quarter (3 months)

Clean the oil suction filter

Check the oil contamination in the fuel tank and filter it if necessary

Check whether there is oil leakage in the main oil cylinder and the ejector cylinder, and whether the seals are aging

Check if the sound and temperature of the hydraulic pump and motor are normal during operation

Check for any abnormal noise or unstable pressure in each valve group (overflow valve, directional valve)

Clean the inside of the fuel tank, remove impurities and sludge

Check and replace the severely aged high-pressure oil pipe

Check the parallelism and perpendicularity of the slider, and perform accuracy correction

Check the motor bearings and pump bearings, and add lubricating grease if necessary

Thoroughly inspect the electrical circuits PLC、 Touch screen, signal line

5、 Annual (12-month) overhaul and maintenance of frame hydraulic press

Disassemble and inspect the main oil cylinder, replace all seals

Check the frame body for cracks and deformations (non-destructive testing if necessary)

Replace worn parts in hydraulic pump and valve assembly

Replace all aging seals, hoses, and fittings

Readjust the overall precision of the equipment

Comprehensive testing of electrical systems, program backup, and replacement of aging components

Thoroughly clean and replace lubricating grease in the lubrication system
