Application and characteristics of single arm Hydraulic Press:
This series of hydraulic presses is a "C" type single column structure with a body made entirely of welded steel. The hydraulic system is arranged inside the machine body, and a hydraulic pad is installed at the bottom of the workbench. The electrical control system adopts a "PC" programmable controller. Button centralized control, capable of adjusting, manual, and semi-automatic operation modes. This series of hydraulic presses is suitable for processes such as stretching, punching, bending, flanging, calibration, pressing, cold and hot extrusion of metal materials, as well as for the pressing and forming of powder and plastic products.
C-type single arm fuselage structure, easy to operate. The hydraulic system is placed inside the machine body, and there is a hydraulic pad at the bottom of the workbench. The working pressure stroke can be adjusted within the specified range. Suitable for processes such as stretching, bending, embossing, cutting, calibration, and pressing of metal parts, as well as for the molding of general powder products, abrasive products, plastic products, and insulation materials.

Power input: The motor drives the hydraulic pump, converting mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic oil, producing high-pressure oil.
Control direction: The flow of high-pressure oil is controlled by an electromagnetic directional valve, which determines the rise or fall of the working cylinder piston.
Working stroke (compression): High pressure oil enters the upper chamber of the working cylinder, pushing the piston downwards and driving the slider to apply huge pressure to the workpiece, completing processes such as calibration, pressing, and forming.
Return (reset): Switching the directional valve, high-pressure oil enters the lower chamber of the working cylinder, pushing the piston upward to return the slider to its initial position, preparing for the next operation.
Unloading and pressure maintenance: The system is equipped with an overflow valve to control the system pressure, and can also achieve pressure maintenance function to ensure that the workpiece is fully formed under pressure.
