Structure and rigidity

Four column guidance: Four chrome plated columns are matched with wear-resistant guide sleeves to ensure the accuracy of slider movement, strong resistance to eccentric load, uniform force during compression, and less likely to deviate.

Two beam design: The upper beam and workbench (lower beam) are welded with integral cast steel or high-strength steel plates, which have good rigidity, small deformation, and can withstand large tonnage pressure.

Hydraulic and Control

Plug in valve integrated system: reliable action, low hydraulic impact, few leakage points, long service life.

Independent electronic control system: adopting button centralized control, supporting three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic. It can achieve two process actions of fixed pressure and fixed range, and has a pressure holding delay function.

Adjustable pressure and stroke: The working pressure, slider speed, and stroke range can be flexibly adjusted according to different workpiece and process requirements.

Safe and Durable

New sealing components: The oil cylinder seal has a long service life (up to 600000 times), high reliability, and effectively prevents leakage.

Multiple safety protections: Equipped with electromechanical integrated safety devices such as oil cylinder lower chamber support circuit and upper lower chamber interlock circuit, the operation is safer.

Automatic lubrication system: reduces the wear of columns and guide sleeves, and extends the service life of equipment.

Application and Efficiency

Strong universality: can be used for various processes such as workpiece calibration, bearing pressing, material stretching, stamping forming, powder product pressing, etc.
