Basic Introduction

Three beam four column Hydraulic Press is the most common and universal structure for medium & large hydraulic press.

It consists of three main beams (upper beam, movable beam/slide, lower beam/worktable) and four vertical columns, forming a stable, rigid frame.

Main Structure

Upper beam

Fixed on top, houses the main hydraulic cylinder.

Movable beam (slide)

Moves up and down along the columns, connected to the main cylinder piston.

Lower beam (worktable)

Fixed at the bottom, supports the workpiece and dies.

Four columns

Provide guidance and rigidity, usually made of high-strength steel, hardened and chrome-plated.

Hydraulic system

Main cylinder, ejector cylinder, hydraulic power unit, valves, etc.

Electrical control system

PLC, touch screen, buttons, safety devices.
