This series product applies to press techniques of various plastic materials,such as punching,bending,crimping,etc.Besides,it can also be used for amendment,pushing mounting,forming of grinding wheel,press forming of plastic,rubber and powder products.

The host machine of this series applies three-girder and four-illar structure.The hydraulic system applies Cartridge Valve oil line.Thee electric system applies relay or PLC to control cicuit.It has the adjustable and semi-automatic operation mode.The whole machine features simple and compact structure,economical and reasonable price,reliable operation,long-term life,slight hydraulic impact force and less connection pipelines and leakage.

The work pressure,press speed,stroke range of this series can be adjustable within the specific range according to technical  requirements and process preset pressure mode and stroke mode.During the preset pressure forming,there is pressure maintenance delay and automatic return after the press.There is the knockouts device used as hydraulic cushion for forming of drawing products except for knocking out products.
