This is a universal Hydraulic Press with a standard three beam and four column structure, and is also one of the most classic hydraulic forming equipment in the industrial field. It is widely used in stamping, stretching, forming and other processes for small and medium-sized parts.

Structure and rigidity

The classic framework of three beams and four columns: the upper crossbeam, movable slider, and lower workbench are pre tightened and locked by four high-strength columns, with strong overall rigidity and excellent resistance to eccentric loads. Under heavy tonnage compression, the deformation of the machine body is minimal, ensuring stable processing accuracy.

High precision guidance: The surface of the column is treated with quenching and hard chromium coating, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; The clearance between the slider and the column is small, the guiding accuracy is high, and it can effectively extend the life of the mold.

Casting welding combined with the body: The body is made of high-strength steel plates welded or cast as a whole, and after aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, it will not deform after long-term use and is suitable for continuous production.

Hydraulic and Control

Integrated hydraulic system: using plug-in valves or stacked valves for integrated control, with simple pipelines, few leakage points, fast response, low hydraulic impact, and stable and reliable operation.

Pressure/stroke adjustable: Supports two process modes: fixed pressure molding and fixed stroke molding. The pressure, slider speed, and stroke can be accurately adjusted through pressure regulating valves and stroke switches to adapt to different materials and process requirements.

Independent hydraulic station: The right independent hydraulic station is equipped with a motor, oil pump, oil tank, and cooling system for easy maintenance and heat dissipation, ensuring long-term stable operation.

Basic electrical control: button station+pressure gauge intuitive display, simple operation, supports manual/semi-automatic mode, can achieve automatic processes such as pressure holding, delay, return, etc.
