Equipment Instructions

This is a 1000 ton double acting four column Hydraulic Press designed specifically for straightening plates/profiles. It uses 380V industrial electronic control and a high reliability sealing system. The core is a double acting oil cylinder+four column guide+closed-loop control, suitable for heavy-duty straightening, shaping, pressing and other processes.

1、 Core Definition and Structure

1. Basic Definition

1000 tons: nominal pressure of 10000kN, system pressure of around 25MPa.

Double acting: The main oil cylinder adopts a double acting structure, with high-pressure oil flowing through both the upper and lower chambers, achieving active downward pressure and active return. The return speed is fast and the positioning is accurate, suitable for repeated pressure and quick reset during straightening.

Straightening Machine: With leveling, straightening, and shaping as the core processes, it is different from ordinary stamping/stretching machines, emphasizing parallelism, straightness, pressure uniformity, and pressure holding/multiple point calibration capabilities.

380V electronic control: Standard industrial three-phase 380V power supply, compatible with domestic factory power grids, with a main motor power of usually 55kW level.

Sealing element: Adopting high-pressure resistant and long-life combination sealing, suitable for 25MPa system and frequent reversing, ensuring no leakage and low maintenance.

2. Host structure (mainly consisting of three beams and four columns)

Upper crossbeam+slider+worktable+four columns: strong rigidity, high guiding accuracy, and good resistance to eccentric loads.

Main oil cylinder: Double acting single cylinder or double cylinder symmetrically arranged, forged steel cylinder body, chrome plated piston rod (HRC48-55), guide sleeve+combination seal.

Guidance: Column chrome plated+self-lubricating copper sleeve/graphite copper sleeve, optional four corner and eight sided guide rails to ensure the parallelism of the slider.

Hydraulic pad/ejector cylinder: optional, used for workpiece ejector, lower straightening or stretching edge pressing.

2、 380V electronic control system (standard+high-end)

1. Basic configuration (380V/50Hz)

Main motor: 55kW 380V plunger pump motor, with start/stop/overload protection.

Control: Independent electrical cabinet, button centralized operation, adjustment/manual/semi-automatic three modes.

Protection: Circuit breaker, thermal relay, emergency stop, limit, pressure relay, oil temperature/oil level alarm.

2. High end configuration (PLC+touch screen, mainstream)

Controller: PLC+7-10 inch touch screen, Chinese interface.

Closed loop control: pressure sensor+displacement sensor, achieving fixed pressure/fixed range dual mode, with adjustable holding time from 0 to 300 seconds.

Speed classification: fast down (about 300mm/s) → work in (about 45mm/s) → holding pressure → fast return (about 250mm/s).

Function: Parameter storage, counting, fault diagnosis, remote monitoring, safety light curtain linkage.

3、 Sealing system (double acting cylinder core)

1. Sealed configuration (25MPa system, long-life type)

Piston seal: a combination of bi-directional action (such as a gasket and a seal), capable of withstanding bi-directional high pressure, low friction, and no crawling.

Piston rod seal: U-shaped ring+dust ring, wear-resistant, anti extrusion, anti fouling.

Guidance belt/support ring: Made of bronze/PTFE material, reduces metal contact, absorbs lateral forces, and protects the seal.

Static seal: O-ring+retaining ring, used for flanges, end caps, and pipeline joints.

2. Key points for selecting sealing components (for straightening machines)

Pressure rating: ≥ 25MPa, suitable for 1000 ton working conditions.

Material: NBR/FKM, oil resistant, temperature resistant and aging resistant.

Lifespan: Standard design * * ≥ 600000 actions * *, reducing downtime for replacement.

Leak prevention: Integrated plug-in valve system reduces leakage points by more than 60% compared to traditional valve groups.
