This is a high-precision frame type (gantry/C-type structure) Hydraulic Press, which has stronger single-sided openness and high-precision control ability compared to ordinary four column machines. It is designed specifically for precision forming, pressing, and straightening processes.


Structure and rigidity

Integrated frame body: Adopting a welded or cast structure of integral steel plates to form a closed rigid frame. Compared to the four column model, its longitudinal space is more spacious, and the three sided open design greatly facilitates mold installation, side material retrieval, and automated robotic arm loading and unloading operations.

High rigidity guidance: The slider is equipped with high-precision long guide rails to ensure no lateral clearance when descending under high pressure. The body has been optimized through finite element analysis and has strong deformation resistance, making it suitable for high-precision and high load single point compression conditions.


Hydraulic and Precision Control

Precision hydraulic system: using efficient and low-noise hydraulic pumps and plug-in valve groups, the action response is fast and stable, the system impact is small, and it is particularly suitable for pressing and forming precision parts.

Digital intelligent control: The right side is equipped with an independent touch screen control panel, which integrates a digital pressure gauge/displacement sensor. Supporting multiple modes such as fixed stroke, fixed pressure, and holding pressure, it can accurately adjust the slider stroke and pressure, achieving micrometer level precision control.

Mobile worktable (optional): Standard or optional mobile worktable for quick mold replacement, significantly reducing mold replacement time and improving production efficiency.


Process and Efficiency

High precision machining: The slider motion has high repeatability and positioning accuracy, suitable for shaft parts pressing, substrate punching, shallow stretching, and component straightening.

Stable power output: Hydraulic transmission provides constant and uniform downforce, which can lock the pressure at any position, ensuring consistent workpiece forming quality and no mechanical impact.

Efficient and energy-saving: Using high-quality hydraulic components and sealing technology, the leakage rate is extremely low, and the energy-saving effect is significant compared to traditional equipment, with lower operating noise.


Safety and Protection

Full safety protection: There are safety grating protection areas on both sides of the slider, protective barriers in the operation area, and emergency stop buttons to effectively prevent work-related accidents.

Overload protection: The system is equipped with a hydraulic overload protection device, which automatically releases pressure when the working pressure exceeds the set value, protecting the equipment body and mold from damage.

Precision pressing: precise pressing of automotive bearings, shaft sleeves, and connectors;

Sheet metal processing: thin plate punching, etching, shallow stretching forming;
