This is a gas-liquid damping cylinder (also known as a Hydraulic Damping Cylinder, model like QHC series), with the following core performance characteristics:

Smooth movement without impact

By utilizing the incompressible property of hydraulic oil, the "crawling" and "self-propelled" problems caused by gas compressibility in ordinary cylinders have been solved.

The smooth movement process can effectively avoid equipment impact and vibration, and protect the mold and workpiece.

Adjustable speed, precise control

By adjusting the throttle valve opening, the speed of piston rod extension and retraction can be precisely controlled, with a wide range of speed regulation.

Support multiple motion modes such as "fast in, slow out" or "slow in, fast out" to adapt to different process requirements.

Compact structure and high integration

Adopting an integrated design of series/parallel connection between cylinders and hydraulic cylinders, the structure is compact and the installation space is small.

Equipped with a self replenishing oil cup (compensating small oil tank), it can automatically compensate for hydraulic oil leakage and ensure long-term stable operation.

Sensitive response and strong load adaptability

Using compressed air as the power source, the action response is fast, and hydraulic damping can ensure stable speed when the load changes.

Suitable for occasions that require a constant feed rate, such as machine tool cutting, automatic feeding, precision pressing, etc.

Easy to operate and maintain

No complex hydraulic pump station is required, only compressed air needs to be connected to work, reducing system costs and maintenance difficulty.

Key valve components (one-way valve, throttle valve) are externally mounted for easy adjustment and maintenance.
