This series of products is suitable for the pressing process of various plastic materials, such as stamping, bending, flanging, etc. It can also be engaged in calibration, pressing, grinding wheel forming, plastic product, rubber product, and powder product pressing forming.
The host of this series of products adopts a three beam and four column structure, the hydraulic system adopts a plug-in valve oil circuit, and the electrical system adopts a relay or PLC control circuit, with adjustment and semi-automatic operation modes. The whole machine has a simple, compact, economical and reasonable structure, reliable action, long service life, low hydraulic impact force, and reduces connecting pipelines and leaks.
The working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range of this series of products can be adjusted within the specified range according to process needs, and can achieve two process modes: constant pressure and constant stroke. During constant pressure molding, there is a pressure holding delay and automatic return after compression. The workbench is equipped with an ejector device in the middle, which can be used as a hydraulic pad for the molding process of stretched parts in addition to ejector products.
Optional front and rear automatic mechanical roller tracks and robotic arms are available.
