Equipment Instructions
The 500T four column Hydraulic Press is based on a rigid structure of three beams and four columns, integrating a plug-in valve hydraulic system and PLC electrical control. It has the core advantages of adjustable pressure/stroke/speed, multi process compatibility, stable and reliable operation, and is the main equipment for medium and large sheet metal forming, pressing, and calibration.
Core structure and rigidity
The classic architecture of three beams and four columns: the upper beam, slider, and workbench are rigidly connected by four columns, and the overall steel plate is welded and subjected to vibration aging treatment, with strong resistance to eccentric loads and long-term use without deformation.
High rigidity design: The column is made of large-diameter quenched and tempered round steel, matched with precision guide sleeves to ensure the verticality and repeatability of the slider operation.
Stable body: The whole machine weighs a lot (about 30 tons), runs smoothly, and has low vibration.
Hydraulic system performance
Plug in valve integrated system: sensitive action, fast response, low impact, reduces pipeline and leakage points, high reliability, long service life.
Adjustable pressure and speed:
Nominal pressure: 5000kN (500 tons), system pressure is approximately 25MPa.
The slider can achieve multi-stage speed control from fast descent to slow progress, pressure holding, and return, with a fast descent speed of up to 300mm/s.
The work pressure, compression speed, and stroke range can be flexibly set according to the process.
Power configuration: Standard 22kW main motor, optional dual motor and dual pump to improve fast descent and return efficiency.
Electrical and Control Systems
Independent electrical cabinet+PLC control: With clear logic and convenient fault diagnosis, it supports three operation modes: inching, single operation, and semi-automatic.
Rich process modes: supporting two molding processes of fixed distance and fixed pressure, with pressure holding delay function, suitable for different needs such as stretching, calibration, and pressing.
Human computer interaction: optional touch screen+digital display, real-time display of pressure, travel, speed, and intuitive parameter settings.
Safety protection: Comes standard with two hand buttons, emergency stop, limit protection, and optional photoelectric safety protection device.
Process and functional characteristics
Multi process compatibility: covering stretching, bending, flanging, calibration, pressing, cold/hot extrusion, material dropping, powder forming, etc.
Top out and hydraulic pad: standard lower top cylinder; The stretching machine can be equipped with hydraulic pads to achieve edge pressure and wrinkle prevention during deep stretching, improving the quality of the molding.
Accurate and controllable parameters: pressure, position, speed closed-loop control (servo model), good product consistency, high accuracy.
Energy consumption and noise: Compared to traditional models, it has low energy consumption and low noise, making it suitable for continuous production.
