ZBJ-1500T four column universal Hydraulic Press is a heavy-duty universal forming equipment, with core advantages of 1500 tons of large tonnage, three beams and four columns high rigidity, plug-in valve hydraulic system, PLC intelligent control, suitable for heavy-duty stretching, pressing, calibration, powder forming and other processes.

Heavy duty Structure

The classic architecture of three beams and four columns: the upper beam, slider, and worktable are all made of steel plates welded with CO ₂, and undergo vibration aging/tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term use without deformation.

High rigidity column: 45 # high-quality round steel, medium frequency quenching+hard chromium coating, wear-resistant, high guiding accuracy, and strong resistance to eccentric load.

Large opening/large stroke: Suitable for heavy-duty workpieces and deep drawing processes.

Hydraulic System

Integrated plug-in valve system: sensitive action, fast response, small impact, low leakage, high reliability, long service life.

Multi stage speed control: The slider realizes fast down → slow work in → pressure holding → return, and the speed and pressure are infinitely adjustable.

Strong power: Equipped with dual motors and dual pumps (approximately 45kW x 2) as standard, it meets the demand for fast movement of large tonnage.

Safety circuit: hydraulic lock, top dead center locking, overload protection, safe operation.

Electrical and Control System

PLC+touch screen/digital display: supports three modes: inch motion, single shot, and semi-automatic.

Dual process mode: fixed distance pressing, fixed pressure pressing, with pressure holding delay function.

Parameter visualization: Real time display of pressure, stroke, and speed, convenient parameter setting.

Safety protection: dual hand button, emergency stop, limit, optional photoelectric protection.

Universal Application of Process

Metal: deep stretching, bending, flanging, cold/hot extrusion, calibration, pressing, and head forming.

Non metallic: Powder metallurgy, ceramics, insulation materials, plastic products compression molding.

Standard lower top cylinder, optional hydraulic pad (for deep stretching wrinkle prevention), mobile worktable, and punching buffer device.
