Structure and rigidity

C-type single arm open body: It adopts a high-strength steel plate welding/casting structure, which is tempered to eliminate stress, has strong rigidity and good deformation resistance, and has three open operating spaces for easy loading and unloading and mold installation.

High precision guide rail guidance: The slider adopts an elongated guide rail/column guidance, which has strong resistance to eccentric load, ensuring the motion accuracy and stability during high-speed stamping, and extending the life of the mold.


Hydraulic and Control

Advanced hydraulic system: using integrated hydraulic circuits such as mother and child cylinders or plug-in valves, with fast response, low hydraulic impact, and low noise, making it more energy-efficient and efficient compared to ordinary hydraulic punching machines.

CNC intelligent control: PLC+touch screen operation interface, supports two process modes of fixed distance/fixed pressure, can flexibly adjust the slider stroke, speed, pressure, and achieve complex processes such as delayed pressure maintenance.

Safety protection: equipped with two hand buttons, safety light barriers, overload protection, emergency stop devices, in compliance with safety production standards.


Rate and accuracy

High speed stamping capability: The number of strokes can reach 30~80 times/minute (depending on the tonnage), and the efficiency is close to mechanical punching machines, suitable for mass production.

High precision machining: The slider has high positioning accuracy, small repeated positioning error, and can stably complete precision punching, shallow stretching, bending and other processes.
