The main features and uses of the gantry Hydraulic Press include:

Structure: Adopting a gantry style frame structure, the body has good rigidity and strong resistance to eccentric loads, suitable for pressure processing of small and medium-sized workpieces.

• Function: It can be used for leveling and correction of metal plates, straightening of shaft parts, as well as pressing and disassembling of bearings, gears and other components.

• Configuration: Equipped with an independent hydraulic pump station and electronic control system, easy to operate, and can achieve semi-automatic or manual control.

Door skin hot press is suitable for melamine door skin, natural veneer door skin. The synchronizer ishuman oriented design which let the hot platens can be stopped at any position (i.e. limit control),and theresidence time is adjustable, it can reduce the compress ion time difference between the lowest layer andtop layer, so that, it can better ensure product quality. The time of the pressure and the pressure value canbe automatically set&controlled
